A local Congressman says a vote on President Biden’s $2 trillion infrastructure plan isn’t a done deal.

Mark Pocan of Black Earth says his party only has a five seat majority in the House and a one seat majority in the Senate so there will be a need to work across the aisle.

Pocan says the American Society of Civil Engineers says the country needs $4.6 trillion in infrastructure improvements to become sufficient.
