Rock County Health Department Epidemiologist Nick Zupan is calling the decrease in the number of active COVID-19 cases “drastic”.  Zupan says the number of new cases have dropped to only four a day over the last week.  During Thursday’s weekly health department briefing he also said only six people are currently hospitalized.  As the number of COVID cases drop, the number of immunized residents is on the rise.  Zupan says 47.5% of Rock County residents have gotten at least one shot with 41% now fully vaccinated.
