Two local non-profits are working together to tackle the link between substance abuse and sexual violence.  Janesville Mobilizing 4 Change and the Rock County Sexual Violence Prevention Team are conduction a survey to get feedback from both youth and adults on where the group should focus its programming for the next two years.  The team’s goal is to reduce sexual violence in Rock County through targeted and evidence-based prevention.
