After the success of allowing dogs on the bike trail overpass on Highway 26, year round, the City of Janesville considers doing the same elsewhere.

Parks Director Cullen Slapak recommended four segments to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee.

While the Parks and Rec Committee only approved the Prairie Knoll Drive segment, the City Council on Monday also approved a section from the intersection Drive and Mohawk Drive through Palmer Park to Rotary Botanical Gardens.
