Janesville police arrest a wanted homicide suspect following a vehicle chase.

Officers attempted to pull over 43-year-old Chad Bobzien Wednesday night just after 9:00 p.m. on South Crosby Avenue near Riverview Drive.

He led police on a pursuit through county roads west of Janesville, where Rock County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted in the 20-mile chase.

They successfully deployed stop sticks and disabled the vehicle on County Highway A east of Polzin Road.

Bobzien had a warrant out for his arrest stemming from his involvement in a 2019 overdose death.

He now faces potential additional charges of recklessly endangering safety, fleeing an officer, false imprisonment and possession of drug paraphernalia.
