Freshman legislator Sue Conley of Janesville is joining an effort to support an economic justice bill of rights.  Conley says the bill covers topics including affordable healthcare, a living-income, a fair justice system, and a life free from fear of racial, religious, and gender oppression.  The Democrat admits the legislation is symbolic, but considers it important to get a discussion going in a highly partisan legislature.
