So much time at home may be making people a little more relaxed about their personal security. Janesville Police Chief David Moore says the number of residential burglaries is on the rise. Moore suggests residents lock their doors and turn-on their exterior lights at night. He says criminals like opportunity and don’t want to be seen. Overall, when it comes to law and order, Moore says most members of the community appear to be adapting well to this time of unprecidented change.
