The pandemic may be having a big impact on home sales in Rock County. The Wisconsin Realtors Association reports sales in April dropped more than 12% from a year ago at this time. The median sales price is also up by almost 13%. Rock-Green Realtors Association President Colleen Nelson says this is caused in part by some sellers not allowing any showings of their home. Nelson says in other cases only a single family member is allowed to view a home. She says she’s also doing a lot of virtual tours where she simply uses her cell phone as a video camera during a live call with a prospective buyer.
