Confidence in Janesville’s downtown appears to remain strong. A new restaurant is proposed for the old Burger King site on Centerway. City Development Specialist Vicki Miller told the planning commission (Monday) night about a proposal for an eatery and bar to be called Miss Tequila’s Cantina. The restaurants plans include outdoor dining and a drive-thru. The proposal returns to the planning commission for further review June 1st.
