Traveling down the highway on two flat tires might call attention to your driving.  The Rock County Sheriff’s Office was notified about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday of a vehicle, driving on only two good wheels, headed west on Highway 81 near South Nelson Road.  A sheriff’s office release says the vehicle was reportedly all over the road, stopped in the middle of the road, and hit a mailbox in the 18,000 block.  Deputies say they caught up with 56-year-old Kimberly Love of Brodhead and arrested her on a charge of Operating while Intoxicated 5th Offense.
