Voters in the Parkview School District head to the polls in April to decide on a three-year, $1.45 million a year operational referendum.

District Administrator Steve Lutzke says the money will go toward technology and curriculum materials, educational program, transportation, and recruiting and retaining staff.

Lutzke says because the district plans to levy 600,000 less next year, taxes are expected to go down about $130 per $100,000 of assessed value, even if the referendum passes.

The District is holding informational meetings Monday night at 7:00 at Center Town Hall, and Thursday at 6:00 p.m. at Parkview Elementary School.
