A 41-year-old man is charged in federal court with escape after failing to report to Rock Valley Community Programs in Janesville.

William L. Paul had been ordered to report to the sober living home on April 29th as part of a conviction for a felony in federal court in the Northern District in Illinois.

Paul was arrested Tuesday in Orlando, Florida.

If convicted her faces up to five years in federal prison.
