A press release from the County’s interim health officer late Tuesday afternoon states, “The Rock County Public Health Department announces a move to Phase 2 of the Rock County Reopening Phased Plan effective immediately. This move comes in response to multiple weeks of sustained improvements to COVID-19 spread in Rock County and the Southern Region of Wisconsin. ”
In general, the move means that restaurants, bars, retailers and other inside business entities can now operate with 50% of capacity as long as 6-foot social distancing, mask requirements and other safety protocols remain in place. The previous limit had been 25%. You can view both the Health Department’s Press Release and the Phase 2 reopening plan guidelines on our information page at www.wclo.com/covid19 .
