A 34-year-old Rockford man is facing a charge of Operating While Intoxicated 5th Offense after being picked up in Janesville.  A State Patrol news release says troopers responded to a two vehicle crash Sunday morning about 6:00 o’clock on the Interstate near the Humes Road Exit.  Troopers found an unoccupied Black sedan.  Soon after they say they found Ronald L. Brown who appeared impaired.  Standardized field sobriety tests were conducted and Brown was arrested.
