A 41-year-old Janesville man is arrested for drunken driving for the fourth time following an incident at a local tavern.

According to a news release, Janesville Police were investigating a disorderly conduct incident at East Point Sports Pub when they identified Anthony Q. Garthwaite as a suspect.

Officers made contact with Garthwaite at his residence shortly before 2:30 Monday morning and observed signs of impairment.

After determining that Garthwaite had three prior operating while intoxicated arrests, he was taken into custody and a warrant was obtained for a blood draw.

Garthwaite is currently being held at the Rock County Jail.
