A local school district will be expanding opportunities for outdoor education thanks to the donation of 75-acres of land. Parkview School District residents Norm and Carol Aulabaugh have donated the land with the understanding it will remain a prairie conservancy. An endowment to maintain the property came with the gift. District Administrator Steve Lutzke says the land will be used for outdoor laboratories and athletics.
