As normalcy begins to return following the shut-down, a local organization serving kids is eager to reopen. Stateline Boys and Girls Club CEO Mark Rand says it’ll be good for kids to get out after home schooling and other “Safer at Home” restrictions. Rand says the club will be adhering to health official guidelines as it reopens in phases. The first phase will limit the number of children to nine in each of three areas. The South Beloit Boys and Girls Club location will reopen June 1st and the location in Beloit on June 8th.
